The Department of Commerce said it will impose tariffs on solar panels coming from China…  The Chinese government has apparently been subsidizing the manufacture of panels, bringing their prices down to unfairly (to U.S. manufacturers) low levels… In other words, China has been (stupidly*) using its own taxpayers’ money to make solar panels more affordable [...]
